DealerShift operates in the lower mainland of B.C. servicing Chilliwack to North Vancouver and all communities in between.

The DealerShift Showroom is located in North Langley, off HWY 1.

Every DealerShift vehicle is inspected using only certified technicians to ensure the safety of our vehicles. A detailed inspection report is provided with each vehicle purchase to ensure peace of mind.

Test Drive

We feel the test-drive is the most important aspect of the car-buying experience. When you book an appointment, a DealerShift team member will come to your location of choice and ensure you have a thorough, detailed test-drive experience. You will be walked through the inspection and vehicle history report, along with pricing information all without stepping foot in a dealership.

Want to drive multiple vehicles? Book an in-store showroom visit where all vehicles are kept dry, clean and ready to be shown.

On any vehicle detail page, you can book an appointment by selecting the "book a test drive" link.

Once we have received your request, we will contact you to confirm your appointment and go over any questions you may have.

DealerShift services the lower mainland of B.C. from Chilliwack (east) to North Vancouver (west). Not sure if you are too far? Contact us at hello@dealershift.ca

We are located in Langley, B.C., two minutes from the 200th St Exit of Highway 1.

Test-drive appointments can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on your knowledge of the vehicle, length of test-drive and interest in going through pricing options.

A DealerShift Carcierge will go through the vehicle inspection report, CarFax history report and identify any outstanding defects with you along with vehicle pricing and financing options.

Purchasing

DealerShift works with a variety of lenders to provide competitive financing options for each client.

We use a variety of sophisticated pricing tools that analyze market-pricing on a daily basis to ensure that our pricing is competitive and fair. These prices are continuously adjusted multiple times a month to ensure each vehicle is sold in a timely manner and at a fair price to our customers.

As we are a low-overhead model, we are able to sell our vehicles at a lower margin relative to our competitors. This means you don’t have to waste your time negotiating down from an inflated price.

We do not negotiate our prices. We constantly analyze our pricing to ensure that our vehicles are priced competitively while weighing competitors, auction sales and private party listings.

If the price isn’t right for you, we constantly re-evalute our pricing throughout a month and can notify you of any changes. However, we do not guarantee a vehicle will remain available subsequent to a price adjustment.

On top of the selling price, each vehicle is charged a DealerShift service fee only.

Taxes and licensing fees are calculated based on your local Provincial rates.

DealerShift charges a single, flat $500 Service Fee. What does that cover?

  • CarFax Vehicle History Report
  • Independent Inspection Report
  • Complete interior and exterior detail including claybar, polish, sealant, interior sanitization, and hot-water carpet extraction
  • Full tank of gas

That’s it. No documentation fee, dealer preparation fee, or financing fee. Our goal is to simplify the buying process and offer our clients a high-value, transparent experience.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, bank draft, E-Transfer and wire transfers as payment.

Sorry, no personal cheques.

A deposit of $1000 is required to hold a vehicle. It can be held for 72-hours maximum with no exceptions. Our goal is to be fair to other clients who may be interested in the vehicle should you not wish to proceed.

Trade-Ins

When scheduling a test-drive, let us know you have a trade-in. We will collect some basic information and can provide you an estimate of the vehicle value in advance of viewing it.

At your test-drive, the DealerShift Carcierge will do a brief mechanical and visual inspection of your vehicle and adjust the trade-in value up or down based on the overall condition.

Should you wish to proceed with your purchase, the trade-in value will be deducted from the total vehicle selling price to establish your balance owing.

Yes! Dealershift is always looking to bring in quality pre-owned vehicles. Just because you didn't buy from us, doesn't mean we don't want your car.

We can pay out your previous loan for you and roll any balance remaining into your new purchase agreement.

14 days or 1000km from the original odometer reading. The overall condition of the vehicle must remain the same from the initial appraisal.

Yes, even if you do not purchase from us, we can still buy your vehicle in and pay off your remaining bank loan. You will receive payment from DealerShift for the difference between the vehicle value and the outstanding loan.

In the event you owe more to the bank than the vehicle value, you will have negative equity. This total can either be paid out by you, or rolled into a new purchase agreement.

Financing

DealerShift works with a variety of lenders to provide financing and leasing options for all vehicles.

Finance rates are variable and based on your credit history and credit score. We do our best to provide our clients with the most competitive rate and do not resort to predatory lending tactics.

In order to complete your purchase, you will likely need the following documents

  • Driver’s License
  • For cash purchases, a bank draft or completion of wire transfer
  • For finance purchases
    • Proof of income
    • Void cheque
    • Bank draft or credit card for down payment

DealerShift accepts a maximum of $2000 on credit card for any single vehicle purchase. Any balance owing must be paid via bank draft, cash or wire transfer.

Post-Purchase

You’re stuck. Just kidding. DealerShift offers a 7-day, 300km – no questions asked return policy.

We’re different like that.

Depending on the age and mileage of your vehicle, it may still come with the manufacturer standard warranty.

DealerShift also provides a 30-day, 2000km powertrain warranty on each vehicle, whichever comes first.

Looking for more coverage? Consider the optional DealerShift Protection Plan.

Your vehicle will live well past the expiration of a standard manufacturer warranty. The DealerShift Protection Plan offers warranty coverage that goes beyond the expiration of a standard warranty.

If your vehicle is having problems within the 30-day, 2000km powertrain warranty, contact us right away via phone at (604) 382-8088 or at hello@dealershift.ca
